Well they are All thru Europe etc so it’s time…I remember whiz zing in a urinL in japan and there was an old lady scrubbing the urinal next to me….don’t think she bothered looking…
Why is this even a problem? We expect people with disabilities regardless of gender or sexual identity to share the same toilets why can’t the able bodied do the same? At home there is no issue. The only downside could be the ques, generally they are shorter in the male toilets, sorry ladies.
Yes there should be and girls can’t aim straight either so what’s the diff
Personally I believe that toilets should remain gender specific. Just because of the risks and hygiene concerns.
No… Women’s bathrooms are always cleaner and less smelly, it’s the secret every gay man knows!
As long as it is seat up or down neutral I’m cool
No
No. I don’t want pee on the seat
No
Is there a reason they cant resign the disabled, usually they are disabled/child change rooms any way, just add another symbol. Thats usually whats gets used in replacment of a gender neutral bathroom, just means u loose the glear from ppl as u come out not showing a visable disability or holding a small child.
I wish The Imperial would do something about the womens toilet facilities on level one. Smells like a cat box after 76 days with four cats on Whiskers. I use the men’s ground floor. Respect and good discreet use are the keys. Hideous broad brush judgements on this thread of cleanliness and care are misguided. Isn’t it time we kicked this gender issue into touch. Stop the precious behaviour and just go when you have to.
Brendon Acland, why do you say they are wrong?
There are sanitary disposal units in all women’s toilets and I’m sure there will be in gender neutral toilets and most women use them to dispose of their lady things as I’m sure most men do try to aim when standing up. How bout people start respecting one another and clean up after themselves
No no no – women take forever in the dunny!
And womens toiletss are always filthier,, I know , I used to clean them!!
no one will force you to use a gender-neutral rest room, TO EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT TAMPONS AND SMELLS ETC.
They’re here already. They’ve got a sign saying disabled toilets.
yes
In France the women just queue up in the men’s whilst the men continue to use the urinals!
No wrong
I would of thought some venues that are trans friendly would already had gender-neutral bathrooms
Imagine a sports ground with these toilets on a boring night game ……. they need more condom machines.
No thanks. I don’t really like finding blood drenched tampons all over the place.
as I’m sure that’s what most women do with their used sanitary items… fling them around everywhere to keep men out….
Just as I’m sure most men piss everywhere all over the floor to keep women out, as other comments have suggested. And just this weekend I used a shared toilet with bloody tampons all over the place.
Yes, it works well in many countries, eases the queues for women at events where time is a consideration, and is cheaper to maintain. Separate loos is sexist but I understand the need for extra cubicles for women who have issues with toilet seats.
Mike, Coogee
Maybe public bathrooms, not pubic bathrooms
You beat me to it Zacory lol
Synch a pity this even has to be asked, personally I go to any toilet. I am going to perform a necessary human function. However I do feel there should be exclusive urinal walls to facilitate rapid process. Sitting toilets should be more accessible to everyone and if necessary VANITY spaces provided for the beautifying, primping and preening. A good example of combined toilets that works can be seen at THE ARGYLE. We’ll worth a visit.
You know wherever there are men, there’s piss on the floor. It really speaks volumes when a guy can’t even hit a 30 cm diameter hole.
They will smell of men’s piss, no thanks
Men’s toilets usually reek and there is usually pee all over the toilet seats. I don’t think poor women should be subjected to that.
No! I hate hearing women pee, makes it harder to get a quick bj too :P
