Naked rowers back again to tackle homophobia in sport
AN聽all-male rowing club involved in聽nude team photos for a calendar last year are back again to tackle homophobia in sport once more for a 2015 calendar.
English-based university rowing club the Warwick Rowers are聽raising money for the Sport Allies organisation for the second year in a row.
According to the club’s page, the team will have more to offer those who support the cause, such as t-shirts, hoodies, a film and of course the annual nude calendar.
Causing聽a stir聽in the Star Observer office, it’s hard not to support an聽organisation that聽reaches out to help young people who are victims of聽bullying, homophobia and self-esteem issues no matter how creative the method is.
