
CLOSED: Stranger by the Lake passes

Tense, erotic and occasionally explicit, French gay-themed thriller Stranger by the Lake was the winner of the Queer Palm and Best Director (Un Certain Regard) awards at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The film, which tells the story of a series of murders at a popular lakeside gay cruising spot, is in limited release in Australian cinemas from October 17.
