There are some foods you can eat that will help lower Cholesterol such as:

Blueberries
Pistachios, Walnuts and Almonds
Whole grains, oats
Avocados (use as margarine or butter),and Olive oil(best type oil for cooking with etc)
Fish
Cranberry-grape juice
Lots vegetables in your diet is important

If you eat healthy and exercise enough but you still have high Cholesterol you may need medication.
