May I say that it is wrong and shameful that any group should have to be instructed in such precautions.

May I say that violence perpetrated against gays as you describe in your piece is shameful, and the criminals responsible ought to be put away somewhere where society can be safe from their further violent criminal outbursts.

I am also impressed that you have not censored my posts although I know you and your readers must find them very disquieting.

We disagree on marriage, but not on the question of the right of gay people to be safe from violent attack.
