I wonder how retired Brigadier Jim Wallace and now MD of the Australian Christian Lobby can reconcile being the former commander of Australia’s SAS and special forces, a group of soldiers *specially trained* in the art of killing? The SAS had the highest “kill” ratio of any Australian unit in Vietnam (Wallace was a member of it then). May be Wallace had special dispensation from the 6th Commandment?

He fully supports Australia’s involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Perhaps his new role is a form of penance.
