I wear a lanyard that is in the colour of a trans flag (blue, pink, white) in support of this vulnerable cohort. The flag is a visual symbol that I am a safe adult and I implore other educators to also show their support with lanyards or badges.

We hear stories about school bullying all the time, with very little done to stop it. Teachers and Principals HAVE to provide a safe environment for our kids.
