Saving our history
Liz Ross and Helen Pausacker were the latest life members to be recognised by the Australian Gay and Lesbian Archives (ALGA). The volunteers were honoured at an open day on May 27 at the Melbourne-based archives. 鈥淚t is important that we acknowledge the labour, love and commitment demonstrated by people who have given to the archives in exceptional ways,鈥� ALGA president Daniel Marshall said.
