Sorry Peter and Jenny but your “fundamental beliefs” makes my heart bleed. The fact that I have honored your “fundamental beliefs” with this much energy make me feel sick in the stomach.

So I should get on with my life and really hope that Jenny and Peter and the rest of us can find more meaning in life than the “The Australian Marriage Act” It only something if you choose to believe in it, it is like Father Christmas and Fundamental Christian Views.

1. Re Fundamentalism
Yes, Salt Shakers IS a Christian “fundamentalist” group. We believe in God’s Word which is meant to be the fundamental beliefs of all those who call themselves Christians.
The fact that some have compromised those fundamental beliefs does not automatically make our position wrong or theirs right. The Bible has not changed, we have not moved from it and nor has a large part of the Christian Church which remains fundamental in its beliefs.
If others want to believe different things, that is fine, just don’t call it Christian.
