A good excuse to surf the net
The Victorian AIDS Council/Gay Men鈥檚 Health Centre will launch their new website this week.
VAC/GMHC executive director Mike Kennedy said he hopes the new website will make information easier to access.
鈥淭he site is now contemporary, inviting, easy to navigate, and provides a wealth of important information for people living with HIV, those at risk of HIV or STIs, and the wider GLBT community,鈥 he said.
The VAC/GMHC said that with the vast amount of information on the web and myths about transmission, the VAC鈥檚 new website continues to offer factual information on HIV and STIs.
The website took a year to develop and includes links to support services, HIV/STI prevention and upcoming events.
