The LNP “the party of personal freedoms” is blocking these in QLD:
* An expungement scheme;
* An equal age of consent;
* The repeal of the gay panic defence; and
* Allowing same sex couples to adopt children!

But then again the unicameral QLD Parliament is hung, so nothing will pass!

The LNP is the party of personal freedoms my arse! You are kidding me! They really mean economic or business freedoms, unless you are middle or low income earner. The LNP are very conservative, even more conservative than the UK conservative party – but at least less conservative than the US Republican Party soon to run by the infamous crazy idiotic Donald Trump! The LNP are cunningly cleaver, but you must look see with there policies in there manifesto – but do not get fooled! I am in his seat, sorry I am voting Labor! If you want marriage equality in the first 100 days after the election vote for Labor, if you want marriage between a man and a woman for the next 100 years vote for the LNP! Simple really!
