LNP wins. This was to be expected! The fixed 4 year term for the Queensland Parliament was approved (53%) by 3 million Queensland voters!

The results of an LGBTI issues survey of BCC candidates will be released publicly soon. The survey was jointly hosted by PFLAG, LGBTI Legal Service, BLAG and Brisbane Pride Festival.

Keep an eye out for the full results around mid February. Look for them in gay and mainstream media, plus social media of hosting organisations and others. Search for Brisbane LGBTI Action Group’s Facebook page where the results will be posted.
