Development gets prominence
National developer Austcorp has bucked market trends to bring forward the launch of stages two and three of its Prominence development at Victoria Park to meet strong demand.
Prominence stage two and three have been brought to the market ahead of schedule in response to the strong pre-sales at stage one, which has achieved 40 percent.
“This is an outstanding performance in what everybody says is a soft market in New South Wales,” Austcorp’s NSW Sales and Marketing Manager Haig Conolly said. “It shows quality always sells.
“The market likes what Prominence has to offer, including the convenient location, the architect-designed apartments with spacious living area and bedrooms with natural light and fresh air.
“Most importantly, Prominence gives buyers the freedom to choose from different finishes, which they can touch and feel at the display suite, and personalise the mood of their own homes.”
Conolly said buyers’ choice is available at stage two, while the start of construction means it is no longer available at stage one.
Prominence is Austcorp’s third project at Victoria Park, which is within minutes of the city and the vibrant eastern suburbs and beaches.
Victoria Park is a maturing master-planned community and home to a diverse array of people including young professionals and established families. It is enjoying increased appeal to owner-occupiers, as opposed to the general market trend that more people are renting.
“A substantial number of people who have rented before in Victoria Park have now chosen to buy there,” Conolly said.
“A higher proportion of owner-occupiers means there are more community activities going on, and public amenities being used and well cared for, making the community so much more liveable and enjoyable.”
