Thanks for the support Simon and Ben. Mark – after last week it is clear that the only way to get marriage equality is to elect another government. As Ben said, Labor will introduce a government bill within 100 days of forming government. By all means vote for the Greens who also support marriage equality, but make sure you give a preference to Labor. If Tony Abbott is still Prime Minister we won’t achieve marriage equality.

In reply to Mark. Wrong, Mark. The ALP not only supports marriage equality, it will introduce legislation in the first 100 days of parliament if elected. Why do you support the Liberals keeping the seat of Brisbane - the Liberals are all bound against a vote for marriage equality. Finally...isn't it time we have an openly gay or lesbian person elected to the House of Representatives?

No gay marriage, means no vote from me! The Labor party said at it’s one-in-every-four-year conference until 2019! Sorry, but I will still vote for the Greens at No 1 – until at least 2020!

The Liberal party will take us even further back into 1850, with Tony Abbott and his LNP co!
