Today is the last day to request a replacement postal survey form

Marriage equality activists are reminding Australians that today is the last chance to order a replacement form or secure access code in the marriage equality postal survey.
All requests must be submitted by 6 pm today.
Olympic legend and Equality Campaign Ambassador Daniel Kowalski encouraged everyone to make their vote count.
鈥淎nyone who has a spoiled or damaged survey or has yet to receive their survey in the post needs to order a replacement by [today],鈥� Kowalski said.
鈥淚f you鈥檝e lost your survey form, or if you need to vote from overseas, don鈥檛 miss this final chance to make your 鈥榶es鈥� vote count and have your voice heard.
鈥淲hile almost 11 million surveys have been returned, there are millions of surveys still out there so it鈥檚 important to get every possible 鈥榶es鈥� vote in the mail by October 27.鈥�
Angie Greene of the Equality Campaign said, 鈥淧articipating in the survey provides everyone with an opportunity to shape Australia as a fairer and more equal place for all.
鈥淭ime is also running out for the more than a million Australians who are working or travelling overseas to make their voices heard by asking a trusted friend to fill out and return the survey on their behalf or by voting online with a secure access code. It is vital that no Australian misses out.
鈥淭here are many surveys still outstanding so post yours and remind your friends and family to do the same.聽You can find the nearest post box .
鈥淪upporters of equality and fairness cannot be complacent. We urge anyone who has misplaced their survey form or has had it damaged to contact the ABS to request a replacement form by [today].鈥�
