Poor old, backward South Australia! Once one of the Wolrd’s Leaders in GLBTIQ+ Reform now just a stale, boring backwater where the polliticians – ALL of them , ALP, Liberal, Greens, SA Best (now read SA Worst) are stuck in the 19th Century where Religious Bigots Ruled – no wonder SA is still regarded as “The City of Churches” – the long-held Westminster policy of “Divison of State and Church” adopted aslmost throughout the world simply does not apply in SA.
We are cursed with the State’s Attorney-General who is inept and afraid to make any decisions about anything to do with the Law , Human Rights or anything else in SA for all she does is tell us she is “in consultation with the stakeholders” in every situation she is faced with. Just whom she is in consultation with over the abhorrent, sadistic Christian Church Inspired “Gay Conversion Therapy” is anyone’s guess for no-one within the GLBTIQ+ Community (we ARE also stakeholers as it is we who get torured by those practicing GCT) has been consulted. Tha ALP is no better (it is the only Party which might form the next SA Government) remains silent on the issue so we can expect no help from them either
South Australia, Thanks to it’s current Premier, Steven Marshall and his Attorney-General, Vickie Chapman, have convertes SA into the Anti-GLBTIQ+ Capital of Australia when it comes to GLBTIQ+ interests.
